Booking Policies & Shop Guidelines

We keep things friendly and flexible, but a few ground rules help everyone enjoy the best experience. Take a moment to read through our booking policies before you visit.

Bookings & confirmations

Appointments can be made online, by phone or by walking into the shop. Online bookings receive an instant confirmation email and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

  • If you book for more than one service, please allow extra time between appointments so we can keep everything running smoothly.
  • Group bookings of three or more people should call ahead so we can allocate the right barbers.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change – we understand. To keep the chair free for other clients, please cancel or move your slot as soon as you can.

  • Cancellations made more than 3 hours before your appointment are completely free.
  • If you need to cancel within 3 hours, let us know. Repeated short-notice cancellations may require a deposit next time.
  • No-shows without any contact may be charged the full service price before new bookings are accepted.

Late arrivals

We run a tight schedule to keep waiting times low. Please arrive five minutes before your booking so we can start on time.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we need to shorten the service or reschedule if it impacts the next client.
  • If you know you’re running late, give us a quick call so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Hygiene & wellbeing

Your comfort and safety are important to us. Our team follows high hygiene standards and sanitises tools between every client.

  • Please let your barber know about any allergies, skin conditions or medical considerations before we begin.
  • If you feel unwell, we’re happy to move your appointment so you can rest and keep fellow clients safe.

Payments

We accept card payments, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay in the shop. Cash is also welcome if that’s easier for you.

  • Prices listed on the services page include VAT.
  • Deposits may be requested for custom work or group bookings.
